Every sign is made to order in our Texas studio, so we don't pull from pre-made inventory. Most signs are ready to ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. From there, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Yes — all U.S. orders ship free, no minimum required and no code needed. It's automatically applied at checkout.

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — check back for updates.

Because production can begin quickly, we have a very short window to make changes. If you need to adjust your order, contact us immediately after placing it. We'll do everything we can to catch it in time, but once a sign is in production, we're unable to make changes or issue a cancellation.

On the product page, you'll see a text field where you can enter your personalization — a name, a date, a family name, or whatever the listing calls for. Type it exactly as you'd like it to appear on your sign, and we'll make it just that way.

Your sign is made exactly as submitted, so please double-check your spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before placing your order. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately — if production hasn't started, we may be able to correct it. Once it's in production, we're unable to make changes.

It will be very close, but wood is a natural material and grain patterns vary between pieces — no two signs are identical, and that's part of what makes each one special. Stain tones may also vary slightly depending on the wood. The design, text, and finish will match what's shown.

A good starting point is to measure the wall or surface where the sign will hang and aim for a piece that fills roughly two-thirds to three-quarters of the width. Signs above a mantle, bed, or entryway bench usually look best when they're substantial — don't be afraid to go bigger than you think. When in doubt, size up.

Each product listing includes the exact dimensions for every size available. We recommend reviewing those measurements carefully and comparing them to your space before ordering. If you have a question about a specific product's sizing, feel free to contact us.

Product photos show the sign in context where possible to give you a sense of scale. If you're still unsure, cut a piece of paper or painter's tape to the dimensions listed and hold it up in your space — it's a quick and surprisingly helpful way to visualize the fit before you order.

Our signs are handmade in Texas using quality wood that's cut, sanded, stained, and finished in our studio. Each piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you, not mass-produced. Because we use real wood, natural variations in grain and tone are part of the character of each sign.

Yes. Every sign ships with a sawtooth hanger pre-installed on the back, so all you need is a nail and you're ready to go. No additional hardware or assembly required.

Keep your sign away from prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity, which can cause fading or warping over time. To clean it, simply wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid harsh cleaners or soaking the wood. With normal care, your sign should last for many years.

We pack our signs carefully, but occasionally damage happens in transit. If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will remake or refund your order — we stand behind every piece we make and we'll take care of you.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away. Carrier delays do happen, and we'll work with you to resolve it. We don't leave you figuring it out on your own.

Because every sign is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind — a sign made for you can't be restocked or resold. That said, if something is wrong with your sign itself — damage, a production error, anything that's on our end — we will always make it right. Just reach out.

Absolutely. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping field. The sign will ship directly to them, no extra steps needed.

We don't currently offer gift messaging, but orders ship without any packing slip or pricing information inside the package — so the recipient won't see what was paid. It arrives ready to be given.

We don't offer gift wrapping at this time. Signs are packed securely for safe transit, and many customers add their own personal touch once it arrives.
