Shipping policy

Every Kayva Co. sign is handmade to order in our Texas studio. We don't keep pre-made inventory — your sign is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time
Most orders are made and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, production may take an additional 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping & Delivery
All U.S. orders ship free — no minimum, no code needed. We ship via UPS or USPS depending on your location and package size. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–12 business days.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or shows delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Damaged in Transit
We pack every sign carefully, but damage can happen. If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will remake or refund your order — no hassle.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
