Refund policy
Because every Kayva Co. sign is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
However, we stand behind every sign we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will remake or refund your order — no hassle.
For personalized items, please double-check all names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order. Signs are made exactly as entered and cannot be remade due to customer input errors.
